1. How does the control and lowering via app work?
Our Active Suspension Control connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Using the free app (available for iOS and Android ), you can adjust the vehicle level in precise millimeter increments. The basic version uses a single setting for all driving modes, while the driving profile version allows you to configure each profile (e.g., Comfort, Dynamic) separately.

4. Am I receiving any error messages in the cockpit?
No, no error messages are generated during normal operation. Only the first time the base height is changed might a message appear briefly due to system limitations; however, this message disappears permanently after the next vehicle start. Our software communicates seamlessly with the on-board computer of your Audi, Mercedes, or Porsche.

6. Does my vehicle absolutely need air suspension?
Yes. Active Suspension Control is designed exclusively for vehicles that are already equipped with an original air suspension system from the factory. Installation is not possible on vehicles with steel springs.
7. Will the handling be affected by the lowering?
When used correctly, the usual driving comfort is maintained. Due to the lower center of gravity, the handling is often perceived as even sportier and more direct. Furthermore, in Show mode, the app control automatically switches back to safe driving mode above a certain speed.
